The Role
You'll be joining our SDR team to spearhead our outbound sales motion. You'll identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers while working closely with the CEO to refine our sales strategy.
What You'll Do
- Prospect & qualify leads – Identify and engage companies and leaders who can benefit from Emerix.
- Conduct outreach – Use email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.
- Refine our sales playbook – Work directly with the CEO to develop messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing – Provide feedback on lead quality, help craft outbound campaigns, and experiment with new outreach approaches.
- Track and improve performance – Measure outreach effectiveness, track pipeline activity, and continuously refine your process.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS for mid-market companies.
- Exceptional English communication skills – fluency at a native level is required, as you'll be engaging with North American clients daily.
- Experience selling to North American markets – a strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian business culture and sales communication styles.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Process-driven & analytical mindset – you enjoy A/B testing outreach strategies and refining what works.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and AI sales engagement platforms is a plus.
- Grit, adaptability, and a growth mindset – you'll play a key role in shaping our sales motion.
- On-site position in Tel Aviv – work closely with the founding team in our office.
- Flexibility in working hours to align with North American prospects.
