The Impact You’ll Own
As Head of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence at Emerix—leading execution across customer operations, company operations, partnerships, and strategic projects. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure our clients, partners, and teams succeed as we scale.
- Customer Operations: Ensure world-class execution across client accounts. Build systems so no deliverable, follow-up, or commitment falls through the cracks.
- Company Operations: Design and drive internal systems for prioritization, accountability, and information flow. Keep teams aligned and focused on top priorities.
- Partnerships Operations: Support and operationalize our partner ecosystem—ensuring seamless collaboration, strong relationships, accountability, and delivery across partnerships.
- Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives critical to Emerix’s growth—new launches, strategic bets, and company-wide goals.
- Step in wherever needed to remove blockers and accelerate progress across the business.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Comfort working cross-functionally, including with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent written and spoken Hebrew & English—clear, concise, and persuasive communication is second nature.
